Thank you for shopping with HEIRUS Limited. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund lost or undelivered returns.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
